• Social media management: When you connect your social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok), we collect your username and an access token that allows us to publish content on your behalf when you request it from our control panel.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

The legal basis for data processing is:

• Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (booking or request management).
• User's express consent for sending commercial communications.
• Compliance with legal obligations applicable to tourist accommodation activities.

4. Data Retention

Social media: Social media access tokens are stored encrypted in Google Sheets and are only used to publish content when you request it. We do not share these tokens with third parties. Publications are made directly on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok) using their official APIs.

6. User Rights

Users may exercise the following rights:

• Access their personal data.
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of their data when no longer necessary.
• Request limitation or opposition to processing in certain circumstances.
• Request portability of their data to another controller.
• Disconnect social media: You can disconnect your social media accounts at any time from the control panel. When you do so, we immediately delete all access tokens associated with your account.

7. Data Security

Checa Investments S.L. adopts the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of the personal data processed, preventing its loss, alteration, or unauthorized access.

Social media token protection: All social media access tokens are stored encrypted using the Fernet algorithm (symmetric cryptography). Only the authorized system can decrypt these tokens to make publications. Tokens are never transmitted unencrypted and are automatically renewed before expiration.
