Where do I sleep? Beds, shower, Wi-Fi.
Private apartments in the mountain village of Fageca — not a hotel, not a hostel.
Each apartment has proper beds (no bunks), a private bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, and fast
Wi-Fi. Two riders per apartment at the standard price; solo riders get a private apartment for
+€300. Dedicated secure bike storage on the ground floor. Quiet — you'll sleep well after six
hours in the mountains.
What do I eat?
The kitchen is fully stocked every day — breakfast ingredients, things to eat
before and after the ride, and everything you need for dinner in the evening. You cook what you
want, when you want it. No dining room, no set meal times, no waiting to be served. On the ride,
there's a café stop included: espresso and a bocadillo at a local bar, how the locals do it.
Zero supermarket runs, zero meal planning — that's all handled before you get there. If you have
dietary requirements, flag them when you book and we'll make sure the fridge reflects that.
How do I get there?
Fly into Alicante airport (ALC). Direct flights from London (Gatwick, Stansted,
Luton), Manchester, Amsterdam, Brussels, Frankfurt and more — Ryanair and EasyJet from around
£60 return. We pick you up at arrivals on April 12th and bring you back on April 19th. Your bike
travels with you both ways, handled properly. The drive from Alicante to Fageca is about 60
minutes.
What are the routes like? GPX, team car, how does it work?
Routes are planned daily based on the group. GPX files are shared the evening
before — load them on your Garmin/Wahoo or phone. Rides typically run 80–140 km depending on the
day, always starting from the apartment door. Key climbs: Coll de Rates, Bernia, Puig Campana,
Puerto de Confrides, Alt de l'Ermita — serious ascents on quiet tarmac. The team car follows
every group on every ride: spare wheels, tools, tubes, pump, first aid, emergency nutrition. If
something goes wrong at km 90, you're not sorting it alone on the roadside.
Is there a gym or other facilities?
There's no commercial gym — the mountains are your training facility. But we have
two dedicated spaces at the base. A bike workshop with a proper work stand, full tool kit, chain
lube, degreasers, basic spares (tubes, cables, cleats, brake pads) and a track pump — so minor
mechanicals get sorted at the apartment, not on the roadside. And a recovery room for riders:
foam rollers, resistance bands, yoga mat, massage ball, and a pull-up bar. Enough to do a proper
cool-down and mobility session without needing a hotel spa. The base is quiet and focused — the
idea is that you ride, eat, recover, sleep. That's it.
Can I come alone? What level do I need?
Most riders come solo or as a pair — Camp #001 is set up for individual bookings.
The group is small enough (max 10) that everyone rides together regardless. As for level: this
is for serious amateur and advanced road cyclists. You should be comfortable riding 4–6 hours in
mountain terrain, including sustained climbs. If you're not sure if you're the right fit,
message us on WhatsApp before booking.
How does payment work?
A €100 deposit is charged at the time of booking via Stripe — that's what holds
your place. The balance (€890 per person for shared room, €1,190 for solo) is due by 5 April
2026, 7 days before camp start. We'll send a reminder and payment link by email and WhatsApp.
The deposit is non-refundable, but if something comes up, contact us — we'll do what we can.
